Slight pain in both knees
Hi I've been playing Badminton and Volleyball regularly for the last couple of months. And since the last week I've started to experience some slight pain in both the knees, not really hurting me at the moment. But I can feel an inconvenience when I use the stairs or drive the car. If it was just one knee, I'd assume it's some muscle/ligament strain. But it started in both knees relatively at the same time which is why I'm just a little cautious. The area is around centre of the knee joint.
