Pain in neck and right hand dr said its spodylitis . She had a painkiller  but still no relief and cant sleep

I have leg pain that starts from the left buttock and radiates down to my ankle. As we speak my upper buttock is swollen and feels like a lump and that is where the pain emanates from. The pain is more excruciating at night and moderate during the day. I have been managing the pain with ibuprofen Please advise what could be wrong with me and what is the solution?

I dislocated my ring finger 1 week ago. I twisted it back into place. My second knuckle on the ring finger is swollen, but I can bend each joint on my finger with a little effort.
