Pain at the back of right leg
While lifting heavy weight my back was pulled and I was in excruciating pain for a week and from then on have experienced pin at the back of my leg where leg attached with pelvic specially when sitting, I have tried heating, which worked for the back pain but seems to increase the leg pain. It has been around three months since the back pull and the pain isn't reducing, also sometimes the pain radiated through to the calf if I sit for prolonged period, not much problem experienced when standing.

Snapping lateral hamstring
This is the only source I found online that seemed to match the symtoms
"Lateral, or biceps, snapping hamstrings are usually due to a presumed genetic or injured state where the direct arms of the long and short heads of the biceps no longer attach to the posterolateral aspect of the fibular styloid. In these patients, when they perform a deep squat, the biceps femoris tendon can roll over the fibular head when one squats down. Upon arising, the tendon will often “snap” back into position."

Ankle pain
5 days ago, I woke up to a sharp pain on the outside of my left ankle, right behind the bone. It went away shortly after I got up, but later that evening, it came back very bad when I was out at the store. It hurt so bad that I could barely walk, but I made it to my friend's house and put my foot up there until the pain went away (an hour or so). Since then, every evening a couple of hours before bed, when I lay down to go to bed, and when I wake up in the morning I feel the sharp stabbing pain.

Inflammation between L4 L5 bones.
I had a slip disk 10 years ago.Every year during winter, generally,I get a pain in my left pelvic joint which subsides without any medicine after a few days. This winter it was acute and I hence I had to consult doctors. As advised by one, MRI was done and it showed a inflammation in L4 and L5 bones.I could not get relief even after 15 to 20 days of medicines.I consulted a rheumatologist and he suggested NUCOXIA 90 for a month.I was absolutely fine for first 28 days. Again the pain came back.
