Bone & Muscle problems

Hi My wife has been complaining of neck and back ache from last 6 days. The pain started from shoulder and is spreading. It is getting bad with time. Request you to suggest what kind of doctor should we visit.

I boxed the wall with my right hand and after that my hand was swollen. As a immediate home remedy my mother put the paste of turmeric + chuna + honey and i felt little relief and continued this for 4 days. Its been 10 days now and I still have mild pain in my hand and little difficult to lift my little finger

Pain in left knee back side area from last three months. Pls provide right doctor for further treatment.

I had a spinal fusion about a month ago and I’m not supposed to take Advil or naproxen since they are anti flammatories and would not help my fusion which relies on that for the process. However, I just got my period and the cramps are terrible and normally I take Advil or naproxen but what should I take instead?

I suffered with knee pain and hip pain , shoulder pain also mostly suffered with knee pain i cannot sitting in toilets please give me suggestion for that and how can i conform that is athritis if any test required for that tell me name for that test

My father has been suffering with pains at foot for both left and right, we had visited few hospitals and according to the reports doctor said there was a problem with uric acid but in the later visits I meant to say after using medicines the uric acid quantity falls to normal position but unfortunate thing is still my father having pains when he is taking rest no issues with pains especially when he is walking  more than 15 minutes He is getting swelling at foot !! please give a medical advice on this issue what can be the problem and how it can be cured,  your advice allot helpful for me!!!

I have fallen once .it is causing a big trouble as i get up from a position.it is on the end of my back bone.

28/F, have been having bouts of focused pain on the right hip bone for 3 months. I can feel it by pressing a little behind the bone, but it's felt while walking and sitting also. Suddenly started one morning,I thought I'd slept wrong. But no change . since the past 1 month, my right wrist is very strained too, sharp shooting pains happen on supporting myself against a seat, or picking up an object. There's not been any injury, or excessive strain due to laptop or mobile. It's normal use only.

I dislocated m pinky about 3 and a half years ago, and when I went to get it put back into place they noticed there was a bone chip in my finger and considered surgery but never went through with it. Now doing little things such as writing or typing is painful, and now the pain is moving down to my knuckle
