I have been suffering from heel pain from last 6 months can you help me why this pain is coming

Hey, I have severe joint pain in my wrists and ankles, it gets worse at night and my wrists make a grinding/cracking sound when moving them. I am a 20 year old female but have a auto immune disease called eosinophilic gastroenteritis What could be causing this pain? It’s been happening over a year now and extremely worse when cold

I jumped of a stair case probably 2f high with a good amount of momentem and landed straight on my foot. My ankle now has been swollen it has bruising at the ankle it’s purple and then at my two toes before My pinky toe has bruising as well and a line going down straight from my toes to my ankle is showing bruising. I can put pressure on it and move my ankle.
