Bone & Muscle problems

I fell in ankle while shooting in basketball court it was really painful and the pain has go down at first bruising wasn’t noticble until a day later. There is bruising a little around the bone area but slightly more towards shin. Likewise there little bruises around the ankle area.

Who is the best to consult for this, pain since 6 months. i initially i had 5th metatarsal bone fracture, for 2 months i was in cast.. after that i had sharp pain for 2 weeks .. later i got heel pain forever.

I started experiencing pain in right knee all of a sudden when I came out of the cab yesterday. I didn't suffer any injury recently. Only thing I did that day was played cricket after many years, but I didn't feel any pain while or after playing cricket, but hours after it. Is there something I should be worried about? FYI, I suffered from an injury in right knee around 5 years back. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I am 22 years old, have no history of any broken bones or joint issues. I have wrist pain, I've had it for a few months now in my left wrist. I've tried stretches, massages and bandaging it, but none of these have permanently relieved the pain. I do work out a lot, and that could be the main reason for this, but currently I can not even do a few pushups without this recurring pain.
