Orthopedic Dr advise me to get the MRI done for hip with screening pain in hip

I lift weights and last week I was benching more weight than I was suppose to, because of that I partially injured my shoulder ever since then I’ve been feeling pain in the back of my shoulder where my shoulder and back meet, what can I do to help the pain go away and i can get back to working out normally??Ever since then I haven’t been doing shoulder workouts and I’ve been doin light weight, I also ice my shoulder put bengay on it and take ibuprofen every night

A back ace from 2 months and went to ortho doctor last month I feel jerks on right side of lower back when in morning and side turn pls suggest I have mri that says disc bulge at c6 7 but we have done physio for 10 days still pain is there in jerks form no pain in legs n hips only prob is back Lower and right side jerking happens in nerves that pains allot

I have been experiencing some chronic back pain in my thoracic spine for almost a year now. The pain is much greater and noticeable after standing for long periods of time. 4 year ago while playing cricket my knee was injured. I took it casually at that time in x-ray nothing got found but one year ago after mri Dr found grade 2 lateral meniscus tear and advised for physio.... Generally I don't feel any problem but during lunges and running and balling during play time it hurts and a sound got heard and pain got felt...What can I do...Can It be cured by surgery or something else..

Had a rotary knee dislocation a few months back. I was able to get it back in place on my own, and it was relatively easy, because I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. It's still extra loose and hurts to this day. Is this something I should get care for?
