Hi Doctor I am suffering from severe low back pain. I feel like I have a bend in my lower back, and that is making me to feel alot of pain. Doctors advised me to use belt, since my job is to sit for long hours. Can you please suggest me a belt that can be worn inside dress.? I don't want an external belt where I need to explain that to everyone.. Kindly suggest me an belt that can be worn inside the top.Thanks in advance :)

I had an acl reconstruction surgery and meniscal tear repair 3 yrs ago on my right knee. Last night I was sleeping and I couldn’t bend my knee and I had a feeling that if I did, I’d end up tearing something. Maybe because it’s cold? My knee tends to get stiff when it’s cold outside. What could this be? Surgery was a success because I feel no pain and I’m playing recreational soccer. I can also perform daily activities with ease.
