I have been facing constant back pain that doesn't seem to go away for the past few months. It hurts the most when I wake up. I have also changed my mattress to an ortho one, but still no relief

I had injury in my tibia plateu on 6yh December and had surgery on 8th December i also have acl avulsion. Currently i do not have any pain in my knee and also swelling is going away. I am currently in braces and my knee is immobilized. I want to know when will it be safe to bend my knee to avoid knee stiffness. As after surgery of tibia plateu early mobilization is encouraged. I am looking for second opinion on this.

I’ve hit my knee really hard against the car while getting in and it has a nasty bruise and it’s hard to move (but not too hard) do i have to go get an x ray or is just a bump and it’s gonna be okay in a few days?

I an suffering from stage 3 avascular necrosis of hips , Diagonosed on 4th nov 17. I have been feeling pain since feb 2017. My question is whether core decompression with TFL grafting would b successfull ? As my pain is getting worse day by day.
