Bone & Muscle problems

I underwent SLAP Repair, Biceps tenodesis & Subacromial Decompression and Recently Bankart Tear, I still have pain and crunching sounds in my shoulder joint, Recent MRI shows Synovial Thickening with loose bodies and Join Effusion

I got my acl completely torn as per mri after an accident on 27.10.2017. Now even after 9 weeks my knee hasnt stabilized fully albeit I didnt have any incident of my knee going false during last 1 month or so. One doctor has advised me to avoid acl reconstruction and another has advised ARTHROSCOPY. I am a  little bit confused. Should I go for the operation or not? Please advise. Will it not heal without operation? And hasnt it already healed partially?

I’ve had Instant bruising in my knee old fracture 1 year ago which is healed acording to doctors, my knee is very painful and my knee is almost forming a dent in the side which is more noticeable, it gets very swellon mostly in the morning and night but mild swelling during mid day I’m not sure what to do but it is very painful and I’m looking for an easy solution

I had Viral fever 2 months back while which I had joint pains and the joint pain was there for around 2 weeks. I took tablets for 5 days(Enzocort6 and Hifenac P) after which the pain went off. Now from past one week, I have joint pain again. Body Parts where the pain is there: - Mid-foot pain and wrist bone.

I had typhoid 6 months ago I met with doctor and he cured it but I am still unable to recover from weakness. I went for blood test before 3 month and I had vitamin d deficiency in my body. I have taken a lot of medicines but no benefit. I am getting a lot of sleep all day and feeling weakness whenever I try to think or do physically work... Please suggest

From last one week my health is loose. My birthing returned air is feel like uncomfort like hot air, i have no word to explain. I feel pain in my both leg. One haid pain in masals below knee like pressure point and second leg had pain in knee.

I twisted my knee two days and I am not able to move. My leg pains. I can't put any pressure on my leg. What should I do?

I fractured my left clavicle on November 20th, and now its been a little over 6 weeks. The doctor said I could return lifting after 6-8 weeks. Do you know what exercises I could do so far to strengthen my muscles. I feel verry little to no pain at all and I have 10 pound dumbells if thats allowed.

Had an accident on 20th Dec 2017 while on bike, dog came and bike stopped, I was flung on road. Couldn't getup immediately on my own left side hip and leg was badly paining. No bleeding anywhere on the body but bruises on face, left knee, left elbow. Had to rush to hospital within 5 min. Was not able to bend my left knee. X-ray of knee, hip and chest was done. Nothing was abnormal checked by orthopaedic surgeons. Relieved from hospital after dressing and TT injection. Painkillers we prescribed alongwith antibiotics for seven days. Knee pain continued since then and I was not able to bend knee. Finally MRI of left knee was done on 28th December 2017. Report is enclosed here. Want expert advice.
