I kneed a hard object a few weeks ago and now I have what feels like a blood clot right above my knee. I can still move and walk just fine, but there is a tightness when I squat or kneel

In my fingers sometimes I am getting numbness and pin pricks But my sugar and bone are normal

Hi, My Dad's X-ray report shows below result: Calcaneal spur noted. Fracture of lateral malleolus of fibula bone. His age is 63yrs. Currently doctor has done the plaster on his leg. after observing the X-ray film. I need second advise whether plaster can help to cure the problem or is there any other treatment is required? Also give some tips on taking the more care to recover quickly.
