Tuberculosis in spine needs treatment for 15-18 months anti tuberculosis medicines. Cramps in legs may be due to vit d deficiency or magnesium deficiency. Cramps in legs without radiculopathy suggests that it is not much related to back tb. Start vit d and add magnesium supplements.
Next Steps
Start vit d and magnesium home supplements
