I have done MRI they found l2 l4 bulge. I am having hot flashes I that area . I can't sit for long . I have pain if I overuse that area. Pls help.

I had humerus fracture surgery 3 months back...cast removed 3 weeks back and my surgery hand is very thin compared to other hand. How long it will take to be same as normal hand and to gain full motion. Please help

I had an acl reconstruction surgery and meniscal tear repair 3 yrs ago on my right knee. Last night I was sleeping and I couldn’t bend my knee and I had a feeling that if I did, I’d end up tearing something. Maybe because it’s cold? My knee tends to get stiff when it’s cold outside. What could this be? Surgery was a success because I feel no pain and I’m playing recreational soccer. I can also perform daily activities with ease.

Been 9 days, The discolouration is fading but there is a swelling. This is on the shin. But a purple colouration is seen below the ankle. Slight pain when i touch anywhere between the ankle and the shin.(The injury occurred when someones knee hit my shin). Thank you for your cooperation

I fell from bike and stopped myself using my hands because of which my pinky finger (small finger) of right hand got injured.. intially i thought its nirmal but when i compared this finger with the other hand it looks little bend at the top and it does pain when i press it. I even cannot lift any object properly feom right hand
