Bone & Muscle problems

Moving pain around upper part of body, neck pain, some times shoulder blade, sometimes ribs , at the beginning of sternum, sometime chest bone, gastric issues and bloating. Consulted doctor, checked for all vital organ all normal , heart stress test normal, have back pain and doctors told might be due to back pain the nerves suggested back and neck exercise. Have high triglycerides and Vitamin D insufficiency on Vitamin D supplement now.

I am 36 yrs old & just checked my aso titre is 539.my left joint is paining.earlier on I have experienced damn problem when I was 29yrs old & have taken penidure continuously for 2 yrs & den stopped without doctor's suggestion. Just before 2 yrs hv cheked my aso Titre level & it showed normal but now again it increases.

I've been experiencing shoulder pain. It feels a little ''frozen" - in a way stiff. The pain gets worse especially when I am in the bike or sleeping. I have searched for symptoms related to this and it does not seem to me that I have frozen shoulders as I feel no pain when raising my arms.

I am a 12.5yrs old girl. I have a falling incident yrs ago. I fall on my knee cap and it was not so painful. That was a sharp pain that stops and comes again and continues. I thought it was nothing. But since that incident, i had a slight dent in my knee cap and when i accidentally hit that part, it hurts. Sometimes when i play sports, and i stopped to sit down, and i stand up, it caused pain too and it hurts more than the knee injury i got yrs ago(only this year). My right knee is fine...

In both of my entire legs I've been feeling pain and aches, It has gotten worse over time.

I suffered an ankle sprain 10 days back. Inversion ++ , No fracture seen in an x ray report. After which doctor prescribed me a plaster for a week . I agreed to it.. now even after removing the plaster, swelling as well as bruising persists. However,pain is felt only while walking or pressing behind the lateral malleolus. How many days does it take for total recovery. As well as what precautions should i take now?
