I had a minor accident yesterday. And my right leg was injured in it.
I am unable to walk properly(with a slight limp), since then, the portion below my right knee is swollen also my ankle. What should i do ?
Any mikd medication or precautionary measures to take?

Lower back pain issue
I am having pain in my lower back on right side leg. Pain reflects when i am walking or in standing position. Already gone with MRI and taking medicine for last one week. Pain is still there but i am able to walk atleast. Wanted to take a second opinion.

Right ankle injury
I fell from staircase. I had my X-ray done . It shows normal report. But my bone still pains alot and on touching the affected part the pain is tremendous . I have difficulty in walking too. I have a busy lifestyle, so I can't rest. Should I go for a plaster splint ? Or an ankle band would be enough?
