Bone & Muscle problems

I am having lower back and neck pain frequently past 7days. The back pain happen when I stand for a long time and neck pain happens while I sleep. I m a gym freak but I do not lift heavy weights. Plz help me out with this

I had humerus fracture surgery 3 months back and i had incision on elbow also. Now cast is removed but i cant bend my elbow..and cant lift my hand... Pain at elbow and shoulder joint. How to increase ROM and how long it will take to bend my elbow Stutures scar is not allowing to bend now

The front of my elbow hurts every time I stretch it and it hurts really bad

I have sudden onset of pain from hip and swelling in calf muscle pain not able to bear

I have hurt my arm , wrist and ankle about 1 week . The pain is still there . The arm is swollen but the wrist is the worse pain . I have to u another pillow to support my hand

I am a 38 year old male working in BPO, finance department. I am having middle and Ring finger pain for last ten day in right hand and except the too fingers rest of the hand is ok. Getting medicines like pain killer and vitamin D3 along with physiotherapy but no improvement. All the test were done for uric acid, hemogram, vitamin level and X-ray. All reports are normal. Not able to move mouse any more while on work. Please advise

I have been experiencing right ulnar side wrist pain that is occurring mostly in my hypothenar muscle region. I am an OT and had another therapist look at it and she mentioned a possible subluxation of the pisiform. What can I do for the pain and how can I determine what it is? Symptoms include; pain with movt., decreased grip strength on occassion. No recent falls or traumas.

My both knees make sounds of tik, tik, kdik kdik for all time when I used to sit down and stand up, even i moved left or right for sometime it make sound. Also I feel pain in knee when I want to sit and stand up. Please give treatment
