Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering with my right kneeache since last 5 months.After MRI test I came to know that it is meniscus tear Grade 2. Is is curable by medicine or it needs surgery ?

I broke my big toe in June of 2017. It resualted in a Malunion, with a bumb at the middle joint of the toe that is constantly red. It occasionally causes me pain and is very sensitive to tempature. I was wondering what the long term effects of the Malunion may be and what the options are for fixing it.

I have arthritis since from last 1 year and I found difficult to run at the time when I suffering from arthritis my age is 16 and now my age is 17years old can suggest me best hospitals or best medicine for arthritis my treatment is going on from (KGMU).

Why do Grade 3 ACL degrade with time? Isn't there a way they can attach themselves? or regrow? During surgery why are holes drilled in when the section of the Patella and the tendon can be moved to a certain extent and with that gap stitch the ACL together and allow them to heal? or stitch the ACL from behind the leg where there are only muscles?

For the past 3 days or so I've been having a dull ache in my left shoulder I don't feel any pain in my chest at all, when I breath it doesn't get worse, it'seems just there and it won't go away, is it angina?

I have been experiencing extreme pain in my tailbone area. I am in tears every time I have to stand up or us the bathroom. This has been going on for almost a week and it started when I was sitting too long on a hard surface. I looked at it a few mins ago and I looks very red and bruised and swollen. What should I do??
