Gyming and Exercise after Foot Fracture
I had 5th metatarsal fracture in my left foot on 25th October and the cast was removed on 3rd December. Now I can walk but with slow pace and have little problem while I'm descending downstairs or if the surface is uneven. I become tired too early. Now I wanted to start gyming and exercise as I have put on a lot of weight. When can I start that and what type of exercises should be avoided and for how long. Also let me know if I can go for trekking nxt month??

You can start gymming...if you home has united, you can do anything that you used to do before. Trekking is no problem.
