  4. Left Shoulder blade pain. A nerve twist?

Left Shoulder blade pain
29 female. I have pain on my left shoulder blade. My daughter sleeps on this hand so I'm avoiding her from sleeping on this hand from a week. But still it's paining. I also feel a swelling at this shoulder blade but it doesn't show from outside. Is it due to a nerve twist? Any medications or massage to relieve this pain

Hi, it looks like muscle pull/ strain. Consult Shoulder surgeon if pain not settles with pain killers and muscle relaxant or hot water massage.
