Bone & Muscle problems

I am experiencing pain in my left arm from last 10 days. The pain started from the elbow joint and the intensity increased with each passing day to an extent that I could not even pick up the glass of water. I applied volini spray and crepe bandage at night, a temporary relief was there. Now I am experiencing pain in both my arms in the bicep to forearm area. Can you please suggest some medication and if it's something really serious. Which doctor (specialist) I need to visit.

I m just 31 & at this age I feel little pain in my left knee my father also have knee problem & we had done knee replacement operation for his left knee already before 2 years he had also pain in right knee but he don't want to replace it due to financial problem of our home I feared for me also that in my this age I feel little pain in left knee I watch some video in you tube in which some exercise suggest. Exercise is right solution? Can you suggest any food to increase knee lubricants

I slipped on stairs yesterday my right ankle felt like it was getting pushed backwards while I was trying to stop the fall. No noise happened during injury. Swelling appeared. Could put some weight on it. Limping/hopping when walking. Hurt to move my foot but was still able to. Woke this morning decreased swelling no bruising. Only top of ankle hurts can touch on foot ankle and leg with pain. Discomfort walking and moving foot up and down still

I was driving in freezing conditions (-35) so icy roads. My car took a ride on the ice at 50km, I went full force over a curb until finally I gained control of my car. The two front tires went over the curb, the back two just missed it .. I was fine. I got home and now I feel like puke, and the left neck muscle along with top shoulder/back pain with pain in that ear .. I wasn’t in a true accident but there was great force .. Could I still have suffered an injury? How can I heal quickly?

I m asking question regarding my mother she is 70yrs old &suffering with osteoarthritis. Presently she has too much pain in knee whenever she walk and swelling around knee & ankles joint.plz suggest treatment that'll suitable as per her health and age.. Thanku

I was playing basketball last night and my cousin was switching ways and his knee went into mine and it is really painful and i can’t really walk properly and it hurts inside and it’s really painful i have had previous injuries on that knee before too

I woke up one day and my body wasn't the same... I could barley get up I can't bend over I can't sleep with pants on now it hurts so much.I can't lift heavy things no more than 20-30 pounds that's bad when your use to lifting 200+

My wife 51, is agonized with a Polymyalgia and PMR . Are the medicines for both of these common? How long does the treatment take? Symptoms are extreme stiffness of upper body, pains in arms and shoulders, shooting pains and low energy levels. Negative RA test.
