Hi! For the past two or three days, whenever I move the wrong way or even just laugh, I can hear and feel a painful pop in the left side of my ribs. The pain sticks around and has kept me up at night, and I can’t apply any pressure to the area without it hurting tremendously. There’s been no trauma to my chest or abdomen; I’ve been going about my normal daily routine, so I have no idea what caused this to start. There’s no bruising or swelling, but it is extremely sensitive.

I asked this before and didnt get a relevant answer. I dislocated my left knee (medial rotary dislocation) a month or 2 ago by pivoting on my heel in a t-mobile. I was able to pop it back into place on my own. This is because I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and I'm used to dislocations. However, this one is still causing issues. It still hurts as bad as the first day, and gets re-injured all the time. It's extra loose and delicate. My question is, should I seek professional help for this?
