Twisted ankle
I had twisted my ankle on 2nd January, when I visited a doctor next day, he told me there is a hairline fracture and did a temporary plaster and asked to come after two days for permanent plaster. On viewing the X-Ray I could not find any sign of fracture in it. I understand I am not a doctor and maybe I cannot see it but the doctor does not show me or even wrote anywhere that where the fracture is located. I had hairline fracture previously and it was visible quite clearly and even highlighted

• Hams Stretching. • Sports Taping. • Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment ankle is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the ankle with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation
