My mom is 55 yrs old. She does not have a diabetic or heart condition. In spite of severe efforts she has been gaining weight. She is 85 kg now. She has swelling of hand and feet, varicose veins in leg. She is now facing difficulty in walking or sitting with pain in joints. She is being administered Domperidone and Mecotic OD. please advise

I have two to three guilties in my arm but it doesn’t pain at all, still would like to know the reason for it?? Hope nothing to worry about??
