Swelling in ankle since last month. Uric acid is high, diabetic, thyroid. Taking medicine for diabetes, thyroid and blood pressure.

Pain in lower back mostly during winter.. And also while getting up from chair and walking too much pain starts

Hi sir /madam. I'm vinod. 34 years old. I go to walking weekly twice or thrice. Afrer coming back. I'm getting twinkles in my legs. Through out the day I'm facing this problem. If i goes to walking everyday. After one or two km walking, any of my leg getting cramps. That was more painfull. I'm unable move or walk from there. That pain will be there for one or two hours. Please suggest me how to overcome this problem  . Or suggest me which doctor to consult.  Thank you

Hello. My calf muscle pulls spasms everytime i do cardio and then i struggle to walk for days. I am on a strict exercise programm and need to do cardio (running). What could be the cause and how can i fix this.

I met with a bike accident on 30th October.My right foot was hurt due to thebike accident I visited a nearby doctor who gave me medications and suggested rest. However, even after a couple of days, I was in pain and decided to take a second opinion This time, I visited another doctor who after further examining suggested complete bed rest for 2 weeks due to internal injuries But still there is swelling on my foot alway i can feel pain sometime and if i take caffeine drinks the pain is increase
