Wat the main thing v need to do to maintain strong bones n knees later 30? Wat level in blood v need to see for this ? N wat nutrients v need to mainly concentrate on our daily basis?

I have a chronic partial acl tear and grade 1 globular intrasubstance in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus and linear grade 2 signal in the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus. What will the further line of treatment be? Will I have to undergo surgery?

I am already taking vitamin b12, d3 and calcium for few months now as prescribed by my doctor and I was fine. But from past 10 days I feel fatigue and there is loss of appetite. I am having pins and needles pain throughout my body. I feel nausea many times in a day. There is dull pain in my whole body. I am unable to do exercise anymore. If someone touches my arm, it hurts and pains for a while. What could it be?
