I’ve had stress fractures on both Tibia’s and femorals for over a year now. I’ve taken up to 20 weeks rest no running or impactful activities and as soon as I go back to running, the injury immediately comes back. I need an opinion on what to do? I’ve also read of some instances where guys have taken Human growth hormone to heal stress fractures and make their bones stronger and they never looked back. You think there’s any truth to this?

Got my hand stretched and there is a pain loss of energy is there not able to have complete movement or lift weights

My wife operated for Koch's spine , where decompression found at C7 to D2 levels. Multi-planar, multi-echo sequences of the Panorama (cervico-dorsal ) were performed. Destruction and complete collapse was found for D1 vertebral body with resultant focal kyphosis at the C7 to D2 level and acute angulation at the C7 to D2 vertebral level. The D1 was removed during operation and no alternate platinum chip or substitute for D1 was implanted due to her condition. Is she able to live without D1 ?

I'm suffering from knee pain.,don't know what to do,i always use move,aur any gel in 2-3 days it goes.. it happens 2-3 times in a month,
