Lower back pain
What are the reasons for lower back pain and what can I do to reduce them completely? I need to start the gym. So please suggest me what can I do to not to aggravate the situation during the exercises?

There are hundreds of cause for low back pain, most common being mechanical pain due to poor posture, lack of exercise and degenerative changes with age. Consult a fitness trainer before starting weight training.
