I was fine until I visited Simla this year. I ran down some steep mountainous roads and after returning i started feeling pain in my left knee. Now I can not climb stairs fast i sense a cracking sound and mild pain when I climb stairs. What may be the problem.

I woke up this morning and my legs were pretty much straight but i couldn't feel or move them. I scooted off my bed and fell straight to the floor and i pulled myself up but i had to wait for 20 minutes to start feeling pain and pin needles then another 10 before i could really move and about another 30 minutes for all the pain to go away. I do know that I've been getting a lot of bruises on my legs i'm not sure how but i have not done anything different, but they last longer then normal
