I m 40 year old female. I have chest pain and back pain together much pain is in the centre of the back. I am unable to sleep at night .

Good Morning Doctor, My brother(age 29) has Anterior Cruciate Ligament (partial)tear five years back.At that time Doctors suggested him, operation is not necessary. Till now he is walking good with the partial tear, but last week he got the back pain while playing & he fell down, his knee is swelling & cannot able to walk we took him to hospital for MRI scan, after seeing reports doctor suggest better to go for operation. So, Please suggest whether to go for operation or not?

I hav shooting pain In my right leg with swelling on thigh .I got USG done of thigh but it is normal.no fluid is seen.wht could be reason of swelling in my thigh

My father hurted from back and complained that feeling sever pain in neck from back side and back while movement. Age-67 Yrs. His right side is feeling senseless. In his x-ray rrport- diagnosed with dislocation of C5-C6 , and inhomogeneous opacities in right upper zone. Please suggest in this case. Regards, Ritesh

Weak & heavy feeling in my arms and legs. Arms and legs sometimes feel like they are locked in place. tingling or numbness in my hands or feet Drop things all the time sharp, stabbing pains in my arms and legs. a buzzing or shocking sensation, more noticeable when in bed as feels like bed is vibrating or that the ground is shaking like a mini earthquake. Really sensitive skin, especially scalp and more on the right hand side constipation or diarrhoea Appetite problems and discomfort after eating Unable to control body temperature leading excessive sweating or feeling of extreme cold Can’t stand still for more than 5 mins without discomfort or tingling in legs Can’t lift even light objects such as pillow or duvet cover when in bed as feels too heavy. Tired ALL the time Struggle to climb stairs as wears me out easily and in discomfort afterwards Feel the need to Urinate every 20-30 mins but can hold this in until I find a toilet.

Sir, I am facing a problem in right-handed small fingers. Almost 6 months ago,a cricket ball hit in my small fingers of left hand.Then I felt little bit of pain and doesn't do any x-ray or treatment.But after sometimes I am facing pain in that finger joint and can't bent it.So, sir I have attached a photo of that finger and need advise urgently.Please help me.

I am suffering  headache from 11 years.It is may be cervicogenic headache because i have pain in neck ,shoulder and in hands also. But from 6-7 months my neck and hand muscles sounds when i move or stretch them.Please suggest me any test or precauation or excercise

Facing neck and shoulder pain since long time. Also while moving the shoulder it makes a sort of crackling sound. Please help.
