Bone & Muscle problems

My father while climbing the stairs fell down from 4th/5th stair where he hit the floor with his back and shoulders and also the head back hit in tge wall. He says he is fine withbthr head but suffering high pain in back and shoulders, that he is slightly only able to move the neck. Any suggestions for remedy at home or anything else before I show him to the ortopedic surgeon tomorrow?

Hi I have been having some knee pain Im very active and it’s been going on for about a month and sometimes it feels like my knee is burning and most of the pain is at the front of my knee and the outter part of my knee some days are better than others. Sometimes it keeps me up at night but I can still run and jump with the knee pain for the most part. Any idea what I should do?

I may have lipoma in my shoulder's joint..how will i regonize that whether it is lipoma or something else bcos its painful..
