Bone & Muscle problems

I had a health check up and my vit D came out to be critically low. Doctor prescribed me cod liver oil but I would like to know other good Vitamin D supplements available in the market. Please suggest

I am facing acute lower back pain for almost a year now. It always feels stiffness in my back and its creating lot of problems in my day to day activities. The lower back pain is mostly on left and it always feels like pulled muscle whenever I stretch my leg aur try to bent myself.When I wakeup, the back gets so stiff that even getting up from my bed becomes painful. Please suggest

Pain between thumb and index finger in right hand. Unable to apply any pressure using the right thumb. No swelling or clotting is noticed from outside.

I met with an accident last Friday n my vehicle fell on my foot part, been to HK Hospital near kengeri and doctor confirmed that their is no facture of bone, since I wore safety boots while riding n it saved me. currently I'm getting pain in the foot part not regularly while sleeping I'm getting mild pain I feel it is nerve part, (bone is not at all paining). now to confirm I had been to Vivekananda hospital n Ortho doctor telling their is facture in the bone.. compare to day 1, swollen part is 90% reduced I'm able to sit, walk on my own.. I really need help in confirming is it really a facture.!!?

Dear sir,  My Right hand 3rd finger metacarpal head removed and 4th finger also light facture due to skid by lubricant oil from motorcycle. And after OT my both  fingers are Overlapping Therefore sir I'm not able to working properly due to same and what to do
