Hi I am a sports person you to run marathons. 3 months before I got injured in my knees while running 50 km ultra marathon... From that day I stop per doing any activities...I don't have too much pain in my knees and ankle but if I am standing for long hours or lifting heavy weight. I am getting mild pain in ankle and knees...Few of my friends this might be legement Injury...Please help me what to do next...

Hi, It's been 8 weeks that I had the 5th base metatarsal fracture due to ankle twist while playing Badminton. I got an Xray done on last Friday which still shows the crack. For 2 days I tried to walk in normal footwear and not in the air cast boot. Due to this my leg is paining a lot and also little swelling reappeared. I have attached the photo of latest Xray. How should I proceed further? Is there any other way rather than doing a surgery?

Hi DR My Son Nikhil Tattikota got treatment on last Saturday for hand facture. Thanks for the medication,He is doing fine, The medication course which you had given is for 5 days which will be over on this Wednesday I.e 2nd may. The follow up check up for getting pakka plaster is on Friday.so for Thursday i.e 3rd may do we need continue the same medication or not pls advise. Thanks Ravikiran

I've got tennis elbow pain since one week. Today it is paining a lot. Please help!!!!!

I v left leg supracondylar dislocation fracture and undergone or if surgery before 6 months.now I am started walking with elbow crutches.however there is limping and when I start walking without crutch there is more limping.please suggest the reason and treatment to walk normal.

I have advised TKR by doctors. They categorically told me that the Hyaluronic injections will not be useful in view of status of my left knee. I am attaching two latest X-rays of my knees for your examination and advice.

I fell in my garden and broke my hand i want a second opinion cause the doctor says that you have to do an operation cause you have broke your and near your shoulder.

I had a very small injury in my right hand 2 weeks back. At that point I got swelling at that place but soon it got relieved. However I still feel pain on and off while twisting my wrist or picking some thing from that hand.
