Bone & Muscle problems

Fractured my 10th rib on my left side from a fall. How long do I need to wait before it is safe for me to drive and go to work. It has only been 6 days since I fell.

My father is of 54 age..he is suffering from arthritis ...his both knees were swelled bt now his only left knee and ankle has swelling....Dr asked for ers test and uric acid test...urice acid is normal bt ers is 60 .....is it dangerous....what should we do ....

I am suffuring forom uric acid problem since 7 days.i need to know that yogurt is good or bad for uric acid?

About a week ago, I wrecked on my bicycle, hitting my head and my shoulder hard directly on the pavement- I am able to move my arm, but my shoulder has a big lump on the top where the arm and shoulder connect. I have been icing it, and the swelling has gone down some, but it really hurts badly still. I have attempted to go to the emergency room twice, but both times it was a very long waiting time and I wasn't getting any closer to being seen, so I went home.

Im having pain in my left rib few inches below the breast. Since yesterday the pain has increased. It's dull and aching,pain while coughing or even laughing. There is tenderness present too. I had no history of any trauma or fall.
