There is a pain in my hands and legs that comes and goes. I tested for vitamin D and the result is 15.01ng/mL. Is it vitamin D deficiency for me?

Bumps on finger near nail seems to be squishy also , only hurts sometimes and does seem to swell at tumes

Hello, Iam suffering from pain on back of my knee may be its due to any injury to ligaments its been almost 2 years iam unable to get rid of this pain i have also done MRI of it alongwith also attended physiotherapy sessions.

I had a metatarsal fracture on 3rd march 2018. I removed my cast after 7 weeks and was on strict NWB. After removal of the cast the doctor took cray and said I should have worn the cast for another one week because the bone reunion is not complete. The doctor has now recommneded me to wear an ankle strap for another 2 weeks with NWB. I want to know whether I can start walking normally now eithout the strap. It is almost 2 months now and I need to get back to normal life

After ACL reconstruction, 1) how many weeks maximum for stairs climbing, down stairs 2)how many months after star light jogging 3)how many days the new graft healing Give me some suggestions sir
