Got pain at the shoulder while playing badminton. Now pain is not there. But I couldn't bend my hand to touch my spinal cord at the back. Shoulder become tight

It looks like you got subacromial bursitis/ impingement. Try some physio in form of cuff and scapular exercises. If pain persists consult Orthopaedic doctor. Opinion given by Dr Sivaraman B. Shoulder surgeon, OMR. Chennai
