Bone & Muscle problems

Injured 1 month before.....this is my mri report .Findings- Moderate to severe sprain seen in acl involving anterolateral fibres with increased laxity of ligament. low grade partial tear cannot be ruled. Adv. Clinical correlation - Moderate joint effusion seen with supraplical extension. Grade 2 signal intensity in posterior horn of medial meniscus. Now I can walk but cannot squat. Walking is not as proper as earlier.

My brother is detected for ankylosing spondylitis with HLA B27 test. There is lower back pain on right pelvis since last 2 weeks. Is this curable and what are the treatments for the same. We have been threatened for lifelong sufferings of this disease. Any pointers and doctors suggestions welcomed. Currently he is advised to start swimming and excercise. Please help with some pointers and also tell if it is curable or we can control it.

Did headstand on hard surface 3 months ago, had headache that day, went to doctor. With medicine, headache was ok, but pain travelled in spine n now it hurts in my tailbone. MRI says mild hypo tension in C2-C3,C3-C4,C4-C5,C5-C6.. what to do to make it go away completely..

I had a pinky toe fracture in February of this year and I rest for 6 weeks and after that my doctor took an x ray confirming that it has healed now also I can't walk properly and can i run and jump now now I just started walk for 2k daily is it ok and started physiotherapy

My mother has right leg muscles pain from few months. Whenever she take a rest the pain is start. What should I do now?

From past 3-4 days my left arm is paining while moving my hand to upper side and sometimes it pains in rest...Pain is more in upper arm...and sometimes mild pain is felt in back upper back also...and after moving hands while walking pain increases and sometimes pain is felt in left side of chest also...I doubt of something related to heart...What would be the problem??

I keep getting knuckling sound from my both knee's, when I do sit-ups from past 2-3 years, and sometimes it pains badly, especially when its rains or in winter season. the pain feels like the bone is paining but not the muscles. I'm in NCC and I have to do more physical works and will it affect my ssb medical examination.....
