Bone & Muscle problems

I am having leg pain, fatigue and tiredness. I feel weaknesses too. Please advice what can be the reason and treatment for this issue. I am facing this from last one month.

Injured 1 month before.....this is my mri report .Findings- Moderate to severe sprain seen in acl involving anterolateral fibres with increased laxity of ligament. low grade partial tear cannot be ruled. Adv. Clinical correlation - Moderate joint effusion seen with supraplical extension. Grade 2 signal intensity in posterior horn of medial meniscus not reaching up to articular surface.

Hi, I had a dislocation 3 years back, after a some physiotherapy I was back to normal life within 3 months, last year I had multiple socket ball popping out instances, as a precaution and suggestions from multiple doctors I went for Arthosocopy for labrum tear repair with anchorless sutures, post surgery I followed the instruction of using sling for 2 months post that physiotherapy. But I am still struggling with constant shoulder and biceps pain, I am not able to perform day to day activities smoothly, the range of shoulder is about 75 percent, I can feel the stiffness while doing most of the motions. I had lot many suggestions from different doctors prior surgery, but I am not sure what went wrong and what should I do to be normal. Looking forward to proper help and solid course of direction for speedy recovery and normal functioning.

I had ligament tear near Ankle 8 months back. I was put POP near Ankle and now I have pain near knee in the same leg. Is it because of the ligament tear or ots different!? Would any pain killer be helpful? If yes, please suggest one. Thanks

I got swelling in my left foot during 2016 after few months i was healed and swelling occured in my right foot and healed.Now recently i got swelling in my left foot again when x-RAY AND mri was taken a fracture was detected the orthopedicians said it as a stress fracture .But when i consulted oncogist on advice he has done biopsy and said it as Osteochondrome and surgery is needed.But the orthopeicians are saying that no surgery is needed can be cured with rest.So i eequest u to suggest me

One month ago my tibia bone interlocking operation done,but my leg swelling after one month not remove my leg swelling,I will do exercise daily ,but little swelling remove and nail insert hole near knee cut not healed,and other screw place hole healed.what can I do , kindly advice me. Thanks

I have a pain in my shin bone for 1.5 months. I started running and playing tennis after 1 year of no plysical activity then after few days of running i experienced pain in my shin bone that get increased if i continue running . This pain is more at one paricular point. I can walk easily but when i started running the pain comes back.
