After using Lumia 60k due to my vitamin d3 deficiency it's symptoms resolved for 2 weeks but after that those symptoms again returned back and became more worse like back and chest pain,legs pain,neck pain,vomiting sensation so what's the problem with me please suggest me??

Hi, My friend has been diagnosed with Hlb27 in 2014 since then he has taken physiotherapy and some medication but it really didn't help. Now he is having severe back pain even pain killers are not helping what is the treatment or path we should follow. He has 9 hrs sitting job or somedays he travel. The pain killer he is taking is vovoron sr 100 Recently few months back he has taken the physiotherapy for a month and doctor suggested some exercise but after doing it didn't help.
