I didn't get relief from my pain so I wanted to get rid of it and I wanted to get healthy soon so please help me

I have undergone Achilles tendon repair surgery 6 weeks before. Last week the cast were removed. As my ankle is stiff, the doctor has advised some ankle motion exercise. But I have observed some swelling in my foot. Is this normal ? What needs to be done to reduce swelling.

Previously I was diagnosed with Reactive Arthritis with CRP levels 151. Taking Saaz and Donica thrice a day. Till when do I need to take these medicines and permanent cure for home remedies?

From last 2 months I'm experiencing lower back pain and pain under my breast(same amount of time I've been using a backpack instead of a handbag). Now everytime I sneeze I get very bad and sharp pain under my left breast and tolerable pain in lower back and hip.

Is Reactive Arthritis with CRP levels 151 permanently curable, so that it never occurs again in coming future?

When I wake up in morning, I have pain in my right leg heel. In rest of the day, pain is their but less from morning. In morning or whenever I stand up from bed pain is more. Tell me something about this pain

I’ve been having this weird crunchy feeling in my knee that hurts most when walking up stairs. It’s on the outside of my right knee kind of under the knee cap. I didn’t notice an injury to it but it just started hurting when I was going up stairs after playing 2 hours of tennis. That was about a week ago and it hasn’t gone away. I’ve never injured that knee before.

I am feeling pain , shoulder pain, pelvic pain, muscle pain and lower joints.

1. I got cramps while sleeping..... 2. Pain in  cafs...... 3. After night sleep difficult to walk...

My c section was done in last Nov, since past 2 months facing pain in knee and heels when i get up after sitting for long hrs and past bed time. I am regarly walking for 40 mins, tried streching exercises but no relief. Tried pain killer and anti inflammatory  but nothing is helping. As i am EBF, took Vit D for 2 months course, having Calcium, zync and iron. Please suggest medication
