My mother's orthopedic doctor has prescribed her Collawell G sachets to help relieve her knee pain but I cannot find it online, is there a substitute for the same? Appreciate your response. Thank you

I have been facing a problem in my right shoulder pain from last two months

On Tuesday night I fell straight on to my bum and now it hurts right in the middle.
