Difference between indian plate or titanium plate...which one is better for body. so can you define proper indian rod and titanium rod and its advantage or disadvantage

A small particle of Proximal phalanx of index finger of my left hand was broken. After removing plaster that finger has swelling and it is not reducing. That broken particle is only come in contact not in previous condition. And doctor is doing physiotherapy. But swelling is not reducing. So please help me what shall i do?

I have mild impingement with supraspinatus tendonitis. mild subacromial bursitis. what i will do ?

I got fallen down from stairs a month ago on marble floor.I had a minute spinal injury on my lower back for which i was taking steroids,pain killers injections.I was totally on bed for a month and more.At present am taking ketorol dt,zetodol alongwith shelcal once a day daily.Am following my routine with some stretching etc exercises also going for swimming but still the pain is severe and sometimes unbearable.xray scans etc tests also been done as per paediatric.Kindly suggest as am a student.

Whenever I lift something heavy (+20kg) or bend for a longer period (+1 min) my lower back starts paining. It been 3-4 years now. I have initially consulted Physiotherapist and after few months a Homeopathic doctor. Both the treatment were not long lasting. There is no continuous pain but I have now restricted myself from lifting and bending. Please suggest a permanent solution.

Facing some pain issue beyond knee in both legs,unable to use stairs. Regularly playing badminton for 30-40minutes. Pain is not that much severe. When I am playing I forget about this but after game I feel so much pain unable to run or use stairs.

Since 4-5 years, I used to get pain attack in ball of foot after every 4-5 months. And I used to relate is with high Uric acid value. As per my latest report, uric acid was 6.8 which is within permissible limit. So could it be due to some other issue ? What should be the next diagnosis? Yesterday I took ultracet thrice a day, but pain was still there.

1.left leg (Partial) grd1Acl tear on July 22 nd 2017,till now same report Mri February also sometimes leg forwarded front. 2.right leg Mri on October 2017 grade 2spatin posterior horn of medial meniscus tear&again Mri on February 2018 shows grade1-2 Acl  tear and grade 2 sprain posterior horn medial meniscus.3 .In this case I go running for 3 months due to police department selected ,i undergo3 months training ,wt I take next Action,with braces dwarA slow running i do or not,4.i do quadriceps exercises physiotherapy very well,or 5. if I do Acl reconstruction surgery after 3 months I go for running or not ,boths legs loss of stability, 6.is there any alternative procedure or inject is there , present pain is less .7. injecting stem-cell s next I go for running . I go for little jagging is troubling due to fear ,or trying .which is the better suggestion sir.please reply to me better answer for my brighter future
