My name Is Raju age 22 i have bow legs what do cure them without surgery please

I had a distal femur 3rd fracture & surgeon fixed a plate, its been 6 months but my knee ROM is too poor or should i say knee bending is stucked completely since 2months.. So After a soft tissue release surgery will i get full Range of motion & extension? & how long does it takes to recover after the soft tissue release surgery?

I had an intra articular Distal femur type 3 fracture, A plate & 9 screws has been inserted.. Its been 6months now but my knee has stuck at 90degree bending since 2months, even after many physio sessions.. So what can i do to improve my knee range of motion..

I had sprained my left ankle 6 weeks ago while jogging. Got a x ray done and doctor suggested rest and ice. I still have swelling and slight pain at end of the day. How long does it take for a ankle injury to heal

So I went to the podiatrist with foot pain that he diagnosed as accessory navicular syndrome, he gave me a boot that I was supposed to wear for 4-6 weeks, it's been almost 10 and it's not helping, some days to hurt... To bad... And then there's nights like tonight where the pain puts me into tears, and is excruciating!! I feel like it was a misdiagnosis as I don't think accessory navicular should hurt this bad, it's bad enough to put me into to tears and I never cry.

From last 2 years he is suffering this problem. Many doctors visited but diagnosis is not done.... His joints gets swelled and there is itching and rashes all over the body.... Hence need expert rhumatologist...

Suffering since the birth of my baby... She is 2 1/2 now... Used supplements for more than a year but not yet recovered... Used homeopathy for pains... Please help me out for permanent solution... I don't want temporary solution
