Fracture on fingers bone

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have got fracture. If you could please suggest me for best option for its treatment. Whether I should go with simple plaster or should I go with the insertion of rods . Which will be best inspire of the above two if nota good solution as per you. Please help me out of this dilemma.

plaster and or rods will mean ar 4 weeks u will not be able to use u r hand. also looking at the fracture both might give u inadequate result. Get it operated and fixed with plate and screws from a recognized hand surgeon.
