Bone & Muscle problems

I found a lump inside my breast: large,round, hard and moves a lot.the doctor told me it's a fibroadenoma and that I shouldn't worry cause it's just hormonal But now, I'm starting to notice weird symptoms all over my body. My blue veins became more visible all over, my breasts,forearms, hands, palms and hips and are painful sometimes. They look like varicose veins.My right side hurt a lot,under the armpit,neck,jaw,abdominal area, shoulder and back.my right hand is tingly, numb and paler. i'm 18

I had a movement in my knee on Saturday morning while doing warm up in Gym around 8.00 am. I could not stand because of sudden movement. I did not feel any pain after 1/1.30 minutes and did my regular cardio. After that around 11 am it started paining me while folding, walking.Since yesterday the pain is less and today there is no pain. I can walk. But still at first step whenever i walk I don't feel normal in knee. There's very little swelling at the right top of kneecap. I did R.I.C.E. Suggest.

She is having hp so she is taking telsar A 40mg and diabetes medicine glycomet gp 1 She is have swelling around knee and on feet of her left leg only... Making it difficult to walk... Getting constant cramp.. It started after she started taking medicine for diabetes
