I tore my quadricep tendon and need to know how long the injury can take to heal. Also how I can rehabilitate it at home.

Sir I want to change my slab plaster with new corien plastere.tiday is 5 th day of plaster.is it okay to get it change .may it not cause any harm to bone.pls suggest which type of plaster I should get.

My vitamin d is 5 .is it too low?if i eat uprise d as u suggested in prior case then shd i hv it with milk or water?Also i feel very tired and my bones pain when i sleep in ac at night.

10 years back i lifted a heavy bed with loose body and suddenly got pain in lower back.Since than i feel this pain whenever i try to lift heavy weight.in this pain i am not able to bend also.i don't feel it with low weight.if i don't lift any heavy weight i would not feel it for year also.today i just lifted rod with 10kg weight in gym and felt this pain. This is slip of disc or any other probelm?

I feel that my whole body bones are jam. When I sit continuously min 5 mins and try to stand feel legs bones jam and feel back pain and not able to stand straignt immediately. So please help for consultation.

Hello my father is diabetic since 16 years . From yesterday he is suffering with headache,dizziness and leg pains also, now he is not able to walk. His voice is also changed and its not clear to understand.Is this because of sugar levels flactuations or someother reason?
