Sir im suffering with Acl tear and Meniscus tear in my right knee but im able to run and jog with occasional pain.it is clear of ACL Tear in my MRI. My doubt is can i run daily with out any surgery and with any precautions?

Ceragem for backpain due to disc bulge
I am a 21 years old girl. I have been suffering from backpain since the age of 17 and was diagonosed to have a disc bulge with mild extrusion in L5-S1 and S1-S2 positions of the vertebra.
