Whenever I throw a ball in baseball style, My shoulder starts hurting. Pain is very point-ish and it feels something stabbing my muscles from inside for 20 seconds to 5 minutes based on my efforts I have this problem for years. I usually play in Summer breaks so I have this problem every summer breaks which means it is not healing by itself. The pain only occurs when I throw the ball in baseball action, When I throw the ball in Cricket action or lift weights, No pain occurs.

When i run, the muscle in my shin goes numb. It usually starts about .5 miles into running. It has been getting gradually worse over the past few years. It is to the point where anything over half a mile is impossible(begin to lose feeling and cannot flex my muscle to pick my foot up. Something must be wrong with my leg or nerves as i can bike 15 miles without a problem(It is not a question of being in shape).

Having anaesthetic pain on upper left leg.Suggest me if any remedy please.constant pain in left leg.

My husband, 34 yrs, His knee swelled after sitting his legs crossed for two hours continuously. He is unable to walk from next day. Initially he was prescribed jointlace tablet along with painkillers. If he takes rest he us fine, but when he starts to walk, he gets pain and swelling. We went to another Ortho doc and after an x Ray and blood test he has recommended a steroid injection depo medrol. His ESR shows 70 mm per hr. Why is the ESR do high and is the steroid injection advicable. Kindly help with your suggestions.

My left leg got kept on the corner of a small stair step when I jumped. So, left leg got bent at ankle. So, I am suffering from swallowing at ankle region and having a pain when I walk.

I've been running on treadmill from one two days and started having joint pain on right knee. I'm flat footed and very less active physically. On noticing further I observed my right knee is pointing inward and my foot is pointing outward. Should I continue running? Why I'm having knee pain?
