Bone & Muscle problems

Hi. I am a 21 year old female and sometimes when I wake up my middle finger (and only that finger) is bent/curled. It hard to straighten it. It’s a little painful (6/10 pain). It’s like a sore muscle kind of feeling. I massage my finger or try to lay it flat on a surface to straighten it. Or if I let it be, it take about 30 minutes for my finger to wake up and straiten up on its own. This started happening recently (2 months ago) but it doesn’t happen often (once every two weeks). I have been having knee pain and lower joint pain for almost 4 months, this happened after a training program on last December. I haven't taken any painkillers or any sort of medicine for it, except resting for about a week if pain becomes serious

I am having this discomfort and slight pain in the left hip bone(lower back) since 6 months back.while spot jogging I felt a muscle pull in my calf one week back and 4 days back I got hurt in the lower back (left ) while bending and trying to pick something up from the bed. It doesn't hurt much now and I applied volini spray but discomfort and slight pain is there till now .What should I do ?

My wife had a knee operation last year and she is still having pain in moving his leg, what should be the problem , go through doctor so many times and he ask to do regular exercise which she is doing even she is having pain

Hi Doc, I started going back to the gym and I worked out on my biceps. After 24 hrs..I have pain in my biceps, more on the right side. I am not able to straighten my hands..it is causing issues in my day to day work. Please suggest

So my 9 year old son fell off playground equipment. Went to Urgent care he was complaining of arm pain. He said his elbow hurt the most. Did x ray of elbow....nothing. Didn't even look at shoulder. Get home and notice shoulder is weird.

Esr[Westgreen] - Result:05 reference range 0-18 Uric acid- my result:3.7 reference range 2-8.0 C reactive protein: My result 2.0 Referance range: 0-10 Rheumatoid factor : Negative. Cbc report:Attached do i have any chance of having rheumatoid factor, Now ? I have neck pain , Headache, Finger stiffness in morning in pinky finger , Knee joints pain and stiffness, Ankle pain and groin area pain... help..!!! What it can be ? Or i should have another test ?
