Bone & Muscle problems

My wife is suffering upper back pain from last 1.5 yrs. We have consulted almost 5-6 orthopaedic,2-3 homeo n ayurvedic and round about 10 physio or acupressurist . But still she is in pain. Most of doctor suggested us that she is having pain due to muscles nearby spinal cord . Even a soft touch at her back ,pinches her. MRi and X-ray reports are normal.. She can't sit and stand at same posture not more than 10 minutes. She can only travel for 20 minutes on 2 two wheeler.I am sending u some reports. Do take a look at them. Hoping for good response and proper guidance. Thanks

For the past 3-4 days There's a sudden onset of pain and tenderness around kneecap that seem to gradually worsen. I had no such pain till just a couple of days ago but now it's too painful to even climb stairs or any elevated platform. I didn't even have any injury or accident as I've been under bed rest for the past month or so from some other sickness. Prior to that and even just till just a 1-2 weeks ago I was a pretty healthy individual that had no problem even running up and down the stairs or even weighted squatting. Could anyone tell me what it could be?

I have a neck pain from past 1 month but from last two days it has exaggerated..i am not able to move my neck without pain.

This morning i was climbing a wooden ladder and due to some malfunction in ladder suddenly ladder falls and i fall on the ladder and ladder was in horizonal placed and i fall on  my shin bone facing the ladder step and i was in xtreme pain and after word is start slow bleeding and when i stand on my injured leg it is paining really hard so suggest me some treatment and medicine to waiting for your response. My elbow( was fractured 20 years back. I was told to operate by one doctor and i was told not to operate by another doctor. I chose not to operate. And after that i cannot lift heavy things, i cannot sweep the floor, i cannot even do much work with my right hand. When i do my hand pains so much that i cannot even move my hand when it pains. Why does it pain so much and what to do regarding the pain?
