I am suffering from severe neck pain please suggest some remedy to reduce the pain. I am experiencing this pain from the past one month

Do I have knock-knees? A friend said to me, that it looks not 100% correct from behind, when I walk. She said my knees touch and my ankles look like they aren't in the right position. Is this right? Is it a problem?

My husband is 59 years he fell i woukld say about a month ago in doing this he hurt his left ankle got him checked out to make sure wasent broke it wasent said he had a bad sprain and had some arthritis in there and to take over the counter anti-inflammatory so we do well his ankle is still swollen hot to the touch looks badly bruised dry skin coming off from around and is still not abel to walk very far with out pain or swelling more
