Stiffness in little finger & leg joints
From few days i am feeling stiffness in little left hand finger and knees joints . I earlier was feeling weird sensation in my knees but I ignored it now i an feeling this. What should i do.
Ps:- I take 200 mg caffeine and 30 gm whey and 40gm(other sources) protein regularly . (If it has to do with the problem)
