My friend has been diagnosed with degenarative lumber disease as per MRI. He has been advised to follow some restrictions like not riding a bike and to reduce weight. Does he need to consult some orthopedic?

My mother has got in neck pain and she is suffering from many years the pain is not so obvious it happens sometimes in 1 or 2 years for one or two days she is telling that she has pain in her bone and when little cold is there .

I sprained my ankle 2 days ago. I currently have little to no pain, reduced swelling, but my foot is a little stiff. Would it be safe if I went to an amusement park for a birthday in 2 days?

Continuous lower back pain.Cannot walk or sit properly.x Ray not yet taken.took pain killers.didnt help.the pain is mostly on the left side of the lower back.

It's been more than a month I am diagnosed with Coccycodynia & Sacroiliatis pain. Doctor asked me to take 3 weeks of bed rest and gave me some medicines and also asked me to sit on donut pillow. It's almost more than a month if I am on bed rest there is not much pain but if I sit or walk for more than 10 mins than pain starts. I have consulted 3 doctors but I am not getting a concrete result. Not able to understand what more precautions should I need as I am working and on medical leave from 1 month. Kindly suggest
