Severe low back pain, sprained while lifting a sack on sunday, took a little massage today which has aggravated the pain.

Back pain with out leg pain usually settles with physio. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercises. Consult orthopaedic doctor. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
