Low back pain while lying down
I suffer from back pain whenever lying on the bed or getting up from bed after sleeping for an hour or so . But after that sitting for 5 min or so the pain just vanishes away . No problem in running walking etc . Except lowback pain only while sleeping or lying on bed

Hi, I guess you should check your sleeping posture. Avoid stomach sleeping which will cause back pain or neck pain.. try sleeping on one side or lying on back with pillows underneath your knees. Drink plenty of water. If pain persists visit your orthopedician
Health Tips
strengthen your low back and core abdominal muscles.
