Bone & Muscle problems

I have a severe pain in my neck and back region(for more than 2 years). The pain is severe at the lower back . I want to know if chiropractic treatment is suitable for this kind of problem. Also suggest if I have to get my x-ray or MRI or any other test to find out the problem. I am healthy otherwise and not in favor of taking tablets to ease the pain

Is sciatica can also occur due to lift heavy things suddenly ......? Yesterday i lift a heavey thing suddenly and todyy it was paining in my back and this pain is now occuring in my hip.......is that sciatica or a normal painn ????

Now i am able to walk without any support but not as normal as before.Have some pain while i using my operated leg to walk also not able to walk properly .
