Having damege in articular cartilage of left knee, dng exercise ,Dr suggested steroids injection and other one plastma Rich therapy

My mother is suffering from fore hands pain since 6months. We visited some Doctors near my native place, they said it's because if age and suggested to give rest to hands don't do work which gives pressure on hands. From then she stopped many of work she used to do then. But pain still remains the same. Please suggest some remedies to get rid of her pain.

Hi Doctor, PFA my MRI report of right knee. I had consulted orthopedician for knee pain. He inspected leg and told to go for MRI. After seeing the report he told to go for arthroscopy operation. Can it be healed without surgery. If surgery is the only option how long does it take to heal and walk again. Thanks, Harsha

Hi I met with an accident on April 2016 . My leg was injured . My knee was injured badly . I didn't take the injury seriously . The pain kept on relapsing . With each passing day the pain kept increasing . I did with a mri on January 2017 . The doctor who diagnosed my condition said there is nothing wrong with my knees . Its only the bone that has slipped a little sidewords due to impact . He advised me a few vmo exercises and recommended for a physiotherapy . After doing all these the pain still persists . I often experience a lot of pain below my knees and there would be lot of swelling of my foot some times it becomes so heavy that i find very difficult to walk . Please suggest me the proper method of treatment . I would be greatful . It has crossed 2 years and i am going into depression because of this Thanks

I have tibia fracture on both the legs. Completed 3 month of rest where not allowed to walk. Today X-ray has been took and Dr. has said to start walking with Walker. 1) How many days from now it will take for me to walk normally without the help of Walker or crutches. 2) daily how many hours I should practice walking

My mother is facing problem in knees from last two years, I have consulted many doctors (ayurvedic, homeopathic and knee specialist), I have been advised for knee replacement by knee surgeons as problem has reached forth stage. Kindly advise me the right thing to proceed.

Heel Pain in only one Leg (Right).After taking rest as soon as i start walking, it pains for a while and then it becomes ok.
