Bone & Muscle problems

My dad washing washing his car other day.. and while bending towards left he said he felt some muscle strain kind of feeling.. after that he is waking with a inclination towards right and not able to get his left side straight.. will a volini suffice or requires any treatment ?

Sir I have been suffering from lower back pain since one week , consulted doctor he prescribed pyrogesic and glevo 500 for 5 days, but no relief ,as long as I am on bed it is ok but can't stand or walk for more than 5 minutes.. what to do sir,it pains on right lower part and one point on my right leg sometime.kindly help

I have gout in right toe joint. The problem started since 2002. I was prescibed nucoxia and xyloric tab for two months. In between several times I face the problem recurring. Now I am again prescribed fabx40 tab and zycolcicin..The problem subsides but it is recurring. Right toejoint remains swolen and pain persist.

Pain is not in bones but nerves are swelling with pain from knee to bottom of leg. Its like a burning feeling and pain.

I've been suffering with High grade ACL Tear & Meniscus Tear( source: MRI Report) but i dont feel any instability in my knee i can perform all my daily activities properly. I feel very minor occasional pain sometimes i take one altraday tab it gives relief in 1 hour.My doubt is actually can i start running practise as i have Defence selections in Nov2018.Do it become more worse if i continue running on torn Acl? Or should i go for surgery right away ? If i go for surgery how much time it takes to cure completely? Post surgery when should i return to run back again? Thanks in advance...
